Keep senior dogs out of shelters after they lose the only world they’ve ever known, their owners and their homes.

When a dog’s person passes away or enters long-term care, the thought of that loyal companion ending up in a shelter is heartbreaking. That’s where we step in.

We’re also passionate advocates for senior citizens. Every senior who wants the love of a dog should have one regardless of age or income. Loneliness among seniors is an epidemic, but it doesn’t have to be. Studies show that canine companionship improves both mental and physical health for humans and dogs alike. We see that truth every day.

At Pattie’s Waggin’ Tails, we bring love, healing, and purpose to both ends of the leash.
